This control checks whether RDS DB instances have automated backups enabled. It also checks whether the backup retention period is greater than or equal to 7. The control passes if all of the following are true: backups are enabled; the backup retention period is greater than or equal to the retentionPeriod; and the retention period is greater than or equal to 7.
